Binnie Marie Moured

Binnie Marie Moured, a vibrant soul whose warmth, strength, and joy left a lasting imprint on all who knew her, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025, at the age of 74.

Binnie is survived by her loving son, Dr. David Moured, her sister-in-laws Lorrie Zimmerman, Carol Hartel and Linda Ingram, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She will be forever remembered for her compassionate heart, radiant spirit, deep love for family, and the joy she brought through music and connection.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, on August 3, 1950, Binnie led a life rich in love, faith, music, and community. She built a multifaceted career that reflected her wide range of talents and passions. She worked in human resources for Procter & Gamble, shared her faith and guidance as a Sunday school teacher at Saint Joseph’s Monastery in Southwest Baltimore, and followed her love of music into professional singing and entrepreneurship—owning and operating her own karaoke business.

Her love for live music was only matched by her joy in spending time with friends, family, and the occasional trip to the slot machines, where she embraced life’s small thrills with laughter and light.

In her later years, Binnie retired to Spring Hill, Florida with her devoted partner of 20 years, Charles Morrow, who passed away in 2011.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Marian Linck and Edward Moured; her brothers Dennis Moured, Eddie Moured, and Wayne Hartel; and her partner Charles Morrow.

A memorial Mass will be held in her honor on Friday, April 11th at 1:00 PM at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1107 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606.
